BASIC WARRANTY $0
Repair and refurbishment of your custom orthotics for a
period of 1 MONTH.
This warranty covers the repair and
refurbishment of your custom orthotics for a duration of 1 MONTH,
commencing from the day you receive your custom orthotics.
In the event that a repair or refurbishment is
required for your custom orthotics, the 1 MONTH warranty period will be
temporarily paused for the duration of time it takes to complete the repair or refurbishment process. The 1 MONTH warranty will resume from the point you retrieve your repaired or refurbished orthotics.
Please note that this warranty specifically
applies to the repair and refurbishment aspects of your custom orthotics and does not extend beyond the mentioned duration.
STANDARD PROTECTION $99
Repair and refurbishment of your custom orthotics for a
period of 1 year.
This warranty covers the repair and refurbishment of your custom orthotics for a duration of 1 YEAR, commencing from the day you receive your custom orthotics.
In the event that a repair or refurbishment is required for your custom orthotics, the 1 YEAR warranty period will be temporarily paused for the duration of time it takes to complete the repair or refurbishment process. The 1 YEAR warranty will resume from the point you retrieve your repaired or refurbished orthotics.
Replacement coverage of orthotics is not included.
PREMIUM PROTECTION $199
All repairs, refurbishment, and adjustments for a period of 2 years.
This warranty covers the repair and refurbishment of your custom orthotics for a duration of 2 YEARS, commencing from the day you receive your custom orthotics.
In the event that a repair or refurbishment is required for your custom orthotics, the 2 YEARS warranty period will be temporarily paused for the duration of time it takes to complete the repair or refurbishment process. The 2 YEARS warranty will resume from the point you retrieve your repaired or refurbished orthotics.
If an orthotic has an irreparable breakdown or damage,
the orthotic can be fully replaced for a period of 2 years.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Enrollment in this plan must occur within the original date of purchase.
- Coverage begins on the date the devices were shipped or received at the store.
